Yummy! My mom fried Yifon's teatree mushrooms with shredded cabbage.
Here's the recipe: Half a Chinese cabbage (to be shredded). Stir-fry the cabbage with pounded garlic. When the cabbage is almost ready, pour in the whole jar of teatree mushrooms. The crunch mushrooms make for a delicious dish.
