I started my experiment with Yifon's mushrooms by adding some Bailing Mushrooms to my supper of instant noodles. The mushrooms were tasty and were good garnishing for my otherwise plain noodles. The mushrooms were cut into small chunks and has a similar texture to abalone when you bite into it.
