Assorted Mushrooms


My mom stir-fried Yifon's bottled assorted mushrooms (shitake, button and golden mushrooms) with bamboo shoots.
Here's the recipe:
  1. A bottle of Yifon assorted mushrooms
  2. 200g of preboiled bamboo shoots (cut into strips)
  3. 100g of beef or pork (cut into strips). Marinate the meat with 2tsp of soy sauce and 4tsp of water and some pepper.
  4. 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  5. Sliced chili (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat wok with oil, add half of the garlic and stir-fry it.
  2. Add in bamboo shoots and fry for a minute, add in 2tsp of salt.
  3. Stir well and scrape the bamboo shoots to the side of the wok. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the beef and stir well.
  4. Fry the beef till it is almost cooked.
  5. Finally, add in the bottled mushrooms.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Serve with rice or porridge.
