Nameko Mushrooms



My mom mixed Nameko mushrooms with minced pork, spring onions and chilli. Here's the receipe:
1. 1 stalk of spring onion, chopped
2. 1 red chilli, sliced
3. 1 bottle of Nameko mushrooms
4. 200gm of minced pork marinated with the mushroom gravy and pepper
5. 1 tbsp of rice wine.
Instructions: Heat 1tbsp of oil in the wok and fry the spring onions, garlic and chillies. Next, add in the minced pork. Stir-fry till pork is cooked, pour the mushrooms in and stir well. Finally, add in rice wine and serve it with rice or noodles.

Spicy Golden Mushrooms!



The spiciness of the golden mushrooms really whips up your appetite! My mum decided to use the mushrooms to make steamed beef rolls. Besides the mushrooms, all you need are 16 pieces of thinly sliced beef.
What do you have to do? Marinate the sliced beef with a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of corn flour. Place some strands of golden mushrooms on the beef and roll up the meat. When all is done, pour the gravy over the rolled beef and steam for 10 minutes. Yummy!
