
Here's the recipe:
- A bottle of Yifon assorted mushrooms
- 200g of preboiled bamboo shoots (cut into strips)
- 100g of beef or pork (cut into strips). Marinate the meat with 2tsp of soy sauce and 4tsp of water and some pepper.
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- Sliced chili (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat wok with oil, add half of the garlic and stir-fry it.
- Add in bamboo shoots and fry for a minute, add in 2tsp of salt.
- Stir well and scrape the bamboo shoots to the side of the wok. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the beef and stir well.
- Fry the beef till it is almost cooked.
- Finally, add in the bottled mushrooms.
- Mix well.
- Serve with rice or porridge.
